Easy mp3 manipulation with mp3DirectCut
mp3DirectCut is a small and easy to use program can help you edit your mp3s. If you need to normalize the volume, change it, add fade effect, or detect pauses this is a very useful utility to have. You can also cut, paste and delete sections.
The manipulations are very fast and non-destructive. The nicest thing is that nothing is re-encoded, so you don’t loose quality. For the geeks there is also command line interface provided.
Very nice tool to have and strongly recommended!

I’m having real trouble with this program. Cut and paste would appear to be intuitive, but I certainly can’t join two similar mp3s together. If you could tell me how to do it, or point me in the direction of a “how-to” I would be much obliged.
I have a feeling this is a must-have program, but I can’t seem to get to grips with it.
